SHIPPING and RETURNS

Shipping

1. At present we only ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
2. Unless otherwise specified we ship via USPS.
3. Shipping charges CANNOT be consolidated for multiple orders as we cannot guarantee all products will ship from the same location.
4. PLEASE NOTE: Products normally ship within 48 hours of purchase, but in some circumstances this time can be extend up to 10 days. If you become concerned about your product please just contact us.

Product Returns

1. We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from bpowers_funkyfabric.com
2. In the case of a product defect or a mistake by us we will cover the return postage and replacement.
3. If you make a mistake in ordering that can't be corrected before shipping then you will be responsible for the return postage.
4. Products must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.
5. All product defects and/or errors must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping date.
6. Please email for a return authorization number before returning any products (Sales@bpowers_funkyfabric.com).

Order Cancelations

1. You are welcome to cancel your on-line order BEFORE it is shipped.
2. If you need to cancel please do not wait as we generally ship within a few days following receipt of your order.
3. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at (Sales@bpowers_funkyfabric.com)
4. Include the date of your order, invoice number, product name and amount paid.
5. Let us know how to contact you. i.e. telephone number, when is a good time
